Man City star responds to Chelsea rumours as Boehly prepares transfer bid to beat rivals
Julian Alvarez, a forward for Manchester City, has addressed the rumors circulating around him, including the idea that he is dissatisfied with his position at the Etihad.
Alvarez is without a doubt one of the Premier League’s most gifted attackers, but under Pep Guardiola, his starting place is far from assured.
The Argentine forward played in most league games last season, although he only finished the full ninety minutes fifteen times.
It’s no secret that he behind Erling Haaland in the standings and that he occasionally has to play outside of his position, either as a number 10 or on the wing.

Several clubs have recently been connected to Alvarez, who has been said to be dissatisfied with his role at Man City.
The 24-year-old is believed to desire to play frequently and remain at Man City, even if he understands that won’t be simple.
Alvarez has apparently drawn interest from Atletico Madrid and PSG, and Chelsea is reportedly getting ready to submit an offer for him in the near future.
Alvarez corrects the record
Alvarez discussed his circumstances and emphasized that he is content where he is in response to rumors that he is connected to Chelsea.
“These things have been spoken, but I feel at ease, content, and peaceful at City. We’ll see what transpires,” he said to ESPN.
The 24-year-old’s contract at the Etihad expires in2028, and according to Fabrizio Romano, the club would need to make a sizable offer to move him.
On his YouTube channel, Romano stated, “If Man City do allow Julian Alvarez to leave, it would be for big money, as Man City have no intention to sell or loan. It will only happen if the player requests to go and City receives a lot of money.”
“Let’s wait and see; there’s nothing solid, no bid, and no direct communication from any Premier League clubs. However, things could move quickly.”
Though Joao Cancelo is expected to depart the team this season, Man City is not considering selling Alvarez anytime soon.Another Man City talent with an unclear long-term future is Bernado Silva. Guardiola is keen to keep him, but it’s important to consider his £50 million release clause.
