One WWE star admits it would mean everything to be able to compete at Clash at the Castle.

The WWE revealed in the beginning of April that Glasgow, Scotland will host Clash at the Castle on June 15. In a recent interview with Daily Star, Scottish athlete Noam Dar issued a challenge to Trick Williams for the NXT Championship, stating that winning the title and entering Clash at the Castle as the NXT Champion would be “like walking into a fairy tale.”

“With the journey I’ve had and the journey I’m on right now, it sounds amazing, picturesque, and literally like a fairy tale of me returning to Glasgow at a sold-out Clash At The Castle as NXT Champion.”

To be honest, though, I can’t see past that possible championship match. I am unable to ignore it. There won’t be much left for me if I keep going in the same route and I receive the title shot that I deserve. I need to give it everything I have, and if everything goes the way I want it to and the way I want it to, then everything I focus, aim, and energy is specifically directed toward that moment.

Noam Dar went on to discuss the significance of WWE hosting such a significant event in Scotland, adding that being present would mean the world to him.

“Obviously, without a doubt. WWE has changed significantly in the time I’ve been here, and UK shows are always happening. It was special to me that I made my Raw debut in Glasgow. That would undoubtedly constitute a complete circle.

But I don’t think the celebs comprehend what kind of bear pit they’re gonna step into when you offer the Scottish crowd that level of a show, especially for something this important coming to Scotland with the Hydro as big as anything.
